Our neighborhood has a noise ordinance from 11pm to 7am. Please take extra care with our towels and linens. We charge for damages as follows: - Duvet cover or insert $50 each - Bed sheet or pillow case $15 each - Bath towels $25 each - Hand or face towels $10 each Additional House Rules: - No smoking inside our home. We charge a $350 fee if evidence of smoking is found. -We charge $100 dollars for a lost key - No illegal drugs or firearms on the premises - No parties or loud, rowdy groups - No pets allowed. - No more than 2 additional daytime guests without Host approval - We charge $400 to send a plumber to unclog a toilet due to excessive toilet paper or feminine products - No confetti, glitter, or burning candles - Houston has a hot and humid climate and sometimes it is impossible to keep bugs out. We exterminate every month to try and prevent this from happening. Please keep the doors shut. - Please do not set the AC below 69 degrees which will cause the unit to freeze and stop working. - We have exterior cameras only which record audio/video -If you would like to rent the entire property, please contact us for details.

Guests will have access to Unit 1, located on the first floor. The parking lot is a shared space between all of our guests. You will have access to this as well.
